slushy, sloshy weather…unreasonable demands, poop, vomit, high-pitched screaming, spills of all imaginable kinds…god, get me into a hotel room!

mommy needs wine, not whine.

I am ready for home. Got sick from this unreasonably good weather here. I miss Bel and the kids. Somehow I ended up listening to the Cure and thinking about my dad. I miss you dad. God get me out of this hotel. Need a week of salads. Lay out on some beach with a book circled by laughing kids. Something - anything but here.

Off to Denver for a little training. I think I’ll make it a three for one certification fest.

Kind of regretting the purchase of a new TV. This morning the kids were like zombies staring at the screen and ignoring all other input.

Good lord will it ever warm up.

In foggy SFO having fun playing WII boxing and navigating toy stores

we turned the t.v. off, and removed it from the living room on monday. happily it’s been a relatively painless experience. every now and then dominic asks for a show, then i just have to point to the empty space and explain that the t.v. is “still in the shop”, and that the repair guy called last week and told us they “had to order a part from china”, and that “hopes are not high that it is fixable”.

if ever my resolve was tested i only have to remember this; today when i asked dominic “do you want to have lunch at subway?”, he said “eat fresh”. aaagggghhh. i’m putting an ax through the screen right now.

Thinking about building one of the Wii remote interactive whiteboards.  It would be enormously helpful for work and would cost about $70.  Besides any opportunity to melt metal and smell flux burning is a good thing.  Check it out.
